INGREDIENTS
4 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3 cups brown sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups water
3 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

2.In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt. Add sugar and mix together.
3.Add oil, water and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
4.Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
